Qoo10

In any goods for sale are harmful to minors or adult goods, seller have to check products “adult goods” from QSM.
If the seller desires to register such products without “adult goods” checking, Qoo10 may suspend the sale of such goods.

United States: Sausages, processed meats such as beef jerky and drink, fruit, seed are Customs Prohibited items and will be disposed at the customs if shipped. Overseas delivery to Guam and Saipan area of United States territory is blocked.

Canada: Strict customs. Item's origin and production date must be certificated in order to be passed at the customs.

Philippines: The addressee must visit the customhouse, pass the customs clearance and receive the mail if there is a problem.

Germany: Strict customs. Delivery of ginseng, herbal medicine, drinks are not allowed.

Taiwan: Only two foodstuffs and under 10 kilograms are allowed for delivery.

Vietnam: Customs clearance of food is strict. Customs duty may be imposed for purchase of over 60 US dollars.

Qoo10’s policies are mostly based on country laws and regulations. Sales of goods in violation of applicable laws and regulations are strictly prohibited.
Seller shall meet all the qualification or requirement (if any) under applicable laws and regulations if qualifications or requirements in order to sell or distribute goods.
If the seller fails to meet such qualifications or requirements, Qoo10 may restrict the seller from selling the subject goods.
Although in come cases, Qoo10’s policy may also be based on input from our members and our own discretion especially for dangerous or sensitive items.

Based on international laws, firearms, weapons, knives and military items are strictly restricted to be sold in Qoo10.

Any arms and explosives listed on Qoo10 must comply with the Arms and Explosive Act covering the manufacture, import, export, sale and possession of weapons.

Otherwise these items are prohibited on Qoo10.

Narcotics, steroids or other controlled drugs should not be listed on Qoo10.

Any equipment, materials or substances useful for manufacturing controlled drugs and all item that are intended for the smoking, administration or consumption of a controlled drug should not be listed.
