Any manipulative bidding or apply practice in auctions or events by seller in order to sell its items at higher price is not allowed in Qoo10.

Qoo10 may take punitive action such as account suspension against any kind of unfair bidder or applier.

For the safe and secure online transaction environment, Wish+ strictly prohibits any types of direct transaction, including inducement of direct transactions or accepting the inducement of direct transactions. Following actions are examples of inducement of direct payment.

- Posting a link to a shopping mall other than Qoo10

- Posting a statement that certain benefit will be given to the buyer if the buyer purchase goods through the other shopping website

- Inducing buyers to contact directly to the seller by offering benefit in case of wholesale or other kind of bulk purchase or otherwise.

- Posting the seller’s account number or payment method.

- Posting a statement that the buyer should contact the seller by phone call, messenger or email before making an order.

- All other transactions entered into through method other than through Qoo10’s escrow service.

Qoo10 have strict policy against suspicious payment.

Qoo10 take punitive actions when there is fraud payment such as use of stolen, or fake credit card.

Fictitious transaction is a transaction which seller make transaction of item, the seller himself/herself registered for sale, for the purpose of raising items ranking or points.

Qoo10 prohibits seller from entering into such fictitious transactions.

Qoo10 may take the punitive actions such as credit deduction or account suspension against seller who make fictitious transaction.
