Service Transfer Notice

Dear Customer,

The Qdelivery C2C shipping request service provided by Qoo10 will be available through the QXdelivery page of Qxpress starting from August 5th.

Please click the link below to apply for the QxDelivery shipping service.

Guidance

1. Customers who currently hold Qdelivery vouchers can continue to use these vouchers to apply for services on the Qoo10 Qdelivery site as before.
2. All historical records of Qdelivery service usage can be checked at My Qdelivery.
3. Qdelivery users can log in and apply for services on QxDelivery using the same ID and password.

- The day after application, through the Lotte courier is collected by 'return collection method'. Sometimes, depending on the courier's situation, there may be a delay of 1~2 days.
(Weekends and holidays are not available for pickup, and will be picked up on the next business day)
- The pick-up date cannot be changed, so please prepare all the items to be shipped before applying.
- Please be sure to include the label after printing or the pickup number starting with C in My Qdelivery menu. If it is not attached or stated, it will be returned to the sender.
- If you ship the items directly to the distribution center without using our pick-up service, the items will be returned.
- Food cannot be refrigerated or frozen delivered, and we are not responsible for spoilage. It is necessary to consider the delivery period when shipping.
