・ Products purchased at our shop will be treated as "private imports".
All will be sent directly to the customer from the "AUTHELE Logistics Center in Japan".

・ All privately imported products are premised on the orderer's own "personal use / consumption".
It is prohibited by law to transfer or resell the ordered product to a third party.

・ After receiving the payment, we will prepare for shipping.
Please note that if you receive many orders at the same time, we may inform you due to delay in arrival of products or out of stock.

・ We will process the delivery within 1 to 3 business days after confirming the payment of your order.
It will be delivered in about 5 to 15 business days after the delivery work is completed.
* When ordering, please be sure to enter the correct zip code and address.

・ Our company ships from overseas, and for the convenience of the system, we issue invoices based on the zip code.
If the zip code and shipping address are different, the system will arbitrarily recognize it and issue an invoice.
If the address is unknown, it may not be delivered normally and a transfer fee may be incurred.
In that case, please understand that the customer is responsible for the transfer fee.
