EX) Q1. Regarding customisation logo,

A. The default method of branding logo on deivce is by Lase Engrave. It is better than by printing, since friendly to the Earth.

   Lead time: 10 ~ 45 working days that depends on request and stocks availibility.

EX) Q2. What am I supposed to do if item doesn't arrive?

A. You may click the shipping information under the order in your Qoo10 account.
There shall be a tracking number with the status. Normally it takes 3~5 working days to Singapore address.
