Returns Policy

  • You must contact us on Qoo10 within 7 days of receiving your item.
  • The item must not be opened or used.
  • The item must not be damaged, scratched or defaced in any way.
  • The item must not be repaired or modified.
  • The item must have a manufacturing defect or is damaged due to our negligence or does not match your purchase.
  • This policy is not applicable on personal care products e.g. shavers, toothbrushes etc.
  • This policy is not applicable if warranty (a/s) registration has been completed.
  • If applicable, you may be responsible for duty tax and return shipping fees to and from your home country.
  • All Apple products cannot be returned or exchanged under normal circumstances, Exceptions for exchange will be allowed for defective products only. If you believe that your product is defective, please call or visit Apple Store Customer Service in Korea. If Apple determines, in its sole discretion, that the product is defective, you will be eligible to exchange your product & we will pay for the return shipping costs. Refunds will NOT be issued.

If you believe that the above conditions are met, we will accept your return. When we receive your item, it will be tested against our returns policy and your problems (if applicable).
If your item is confirmed to be defective, we will offer you an exchange for a brand new replacement and we will pay for all shipping costs. Refunds will NOT be issued.
