GENERAL FAQ
Ex) Q1. I cannot find the size I want for the design I wish to purchase
A. Most of our items has only 1 quantity for each size and we hold limited stock. As clothing are seasonal, restock of the same design is usually not possible.
Most of our sizes for children clothing are up to 5 or 6 years old. If you are looking for sizes beyond, please join our facebook for preorder.

A. If you wish to order directly from us, you may email to us.
- EX) Q3. What am I supposed to do if item doesn't arrive?

A. Please key in your tracking number (emailed to you once item sent out) and contact your local post to pick up your item at the Post office (if undelivered, mail may be directed to Post office).
Ex) Q4. Do you do self-collection?
A. We do not handle self-collection for overseas orders.
Exchange
A. We do not accept any refund or returns. We can only accept exchange if the original item has not been used, washed and price tag remain intact. We also do not accept any request for exchange or return afte 7 days of purchase. We do not accept any return or exchange for shapewear, underwear for hygiene purpose.
Replacement must be of equivalent or higher value, and need not be the exact same item if preferred size is not available. Any difference in price top up buyer has to bear. Any Postage for return/exchange has to be borne by buyer. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure safe return of the original item in order for processing of exchange. For further queries, please email to us and quote your order number.
We don't accept the cases below:
- ex1) over 7days from receiving item- ex2) if items are open/used/washed or damaged
- ex3) sending item without prior contact-ex4) All shapewear & underwear
