Q1. I've put items in cart. Later, I tried to order but I couldn't because they say it's sold out. Why is it for?

A. Some popular items might be sold out sooner than expected, but we are doing our best to manage the inventory so that our customers can order without any inconveience at any time.

Q2. What am I supposed to do if item doesn't arrive?

        A. Please do not hesiate and send us email to info@manus.co.kr or leave a message on Qpost. We will reply as quickly as we could.

Q3. How do we check your site before deciding order? Because we want to make sure the company is run well.

        A. Our official website is www.manus.co.kr  If you go there, you can browse all informaiton you might be interested in English.

Q4. What make your products different from other sellers who sell similar products?

        A. Probably, the price os our product might be a bit more expensive than others. But, we guarantee the high grade quality and warranty. All of our products are made in South Korea under thorouth inspection.

Q5. If I want to sell your product in our region, how do we have to contact to you directly?

• We don't accept the cases below:
