A: The vast majority of our products are manufactured in Japan. A small number of our products are manufactured in facilities outside of Japan: in Vietnam.

A: We hold the highest nutraceutical, food, and cosmetic production certifications: ISO9001, GMP, and Organic JAS.

Q: How will my order ship?
A: We ship orders using Qxpress and DHL Express with a verified tracking number for online tracking and delivery confirmation.

Q: When will my order ship?
A: We make every effort to ship your order within 48 hours of order placement if all items are in stock. If any items are on backorder, we will ship them as soon as they are back in stock.

Q: When my order will be delivered?
A: In general, it takes up to 1 weekday for orders to reach our customers. However, the shipment might be held by the local custom for an extended period.
