Returns & Exchanges
Exchange procedure
If you discover a fault with the item(s) you have received, please contact us by email info@starcopia.com straight away and our Customer Service Representatives will try to resolve the issue for you as soon as possible. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please contact them directly for returns.
Returns must be in their original condition and delivered to starcopia design store within 7 days of receipt of goods.
We only replace items if they are defective (not include defects caused by careless use by the buyer). We can issue a one-time product exchange if the item is returned to us within 7 days after purchasing. We would arrange for replacement of same product that customer ordered, with same quantity. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Postage will not be refunded, if any. The cost of shipping for exchanges is the customer's responsibility to and from starcopia design store.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. To exchange any items, please email us at info@starcopia.com.

All food or beverages, socks, towels, cleaning supplies or personal items are non-returnable due to hygiene concerns.
Cosmetics and personal cleaning products are personal hygiene products, and there is no return or exchange of products that have been opened.
