Ordered 1 set mixed and 1 set gold red ginseng on 7 Aug 2023, received on 12 Aug 2023. Applied gold red ginseng on left shoulder for a few hours, it felt better the next morning. I was able to stretch my arm to my right shoulder without pain. Before that, there was pain whenever I placed my left hand on my right shoulder. I also applied the blue one on my left knee. After 1st application for a few hours, my knee cap did not feel aching and pain especially having to stand/walk for long hours. I did not leave the plasters on overnight. There is no instruction to say that it can be applied overnight hence, I removed it after a few hours. Also, not sure what other ingredients are included in the plasters. The plasters have a mild ginseng smell but faded once applied onto skin.
