I didn't fail most of the time with the Q10, but I'm really disappointed with this product. The advantage is that the Bluetooth connection is fast and good... and the sound isn't bad. You can hear the sound when playing music or YouTube. The downside is that the bends are not soft and are just injected plastic. As a result, it doesn't fit my ears. I tried to adjust it by turning it this way, but I think it should be bent to fit my ear hole so the sound doesn't leak out. But now I can tell what kind of music I'm listening to. I have smaller ears than adults. I think it should be written by a child.
