I actually received the item ordered though it was sent Express mail, perhaps that's what I should get on all my orders,to better insure it might arrive Very disappointed n upset w this brand and it's limited abilities, can't download or install crap, nor does hardly anything work properly apparently cuz it's a Chromebook which hadn't known would be a issue!!!
